Australia Post has advised that due to the impact of COVID-19 Service, in some cases Standard and Express Delivery is taking 2-3 days longer than the usual delivery times. Please expect a possible delay in delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY WITH ALL ORDERS
Australia Post - Parcel Post Standard Delivery available within 5 to 10 business days. Enjoy FREE Standard Delivery for orders $100 or more for delivery within Australia.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Australia Post - Express Post and secure delivery available within 1 or 2 business days - please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery time-frames. Only available for orders for delivery within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL - EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Post and secure delivery available within 5 business days - please check your tracking number for a more accurate delivery date.
Please note, international customers may be liable for any customs fees and local sales tax. We are unable to confirm the exact amount of these and we suggest you contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately we are unable to delivery to PO Boxes.
RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS
We hope you love these products as much as we do! If you don't you can return any orders within 30 days of the delivery date given the following conditions:
- A copy of the original receipt must be provided with the return.
- The items must be unopened and in saleable condition.
- Postage will not be refunded.
The refund will be provided using the same method of payment as your initial purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please tell us why and we will try help you if we can!
